Join us for a fun-filled week of dance, music, and art that will ignite your child’s imagination! At Kids' Dance Camp, kids explore a world of creativity while learning the fundamentals of classical dance, as well as different dance styles.
Throughout the week, they'll:

On Friday, June 27th at 11:30 AM, your child will showcase their hard work in a creative presentation that incorporates the week’s theme. It's a fantastic opportunity to celebrate their creativity and growth!

Get ready for an immersive experience where your dancer can deepen their technical skills while continuing to explore their creative side! Our Beginning Dance Intensive combines all the fun and artistic development of our traditional Kid’s Dance Camp with a stronger focus on classical ballet technique and contemporary dance.
This camp is designed for dancers with at least one year of classical ballet training and offers a perfect blend of artistic exploration and skill development. Dancers will:
- Refine classical ballet fundamentals & methodology
- Dive into contemporary dance techniques
- Create and perform their own production with guidance
- Learn, rehearse and perform choreography from the classic ballet Don Quixote
- Rehearse and perform an original contemporary dance piece
- Strengthen performance skills

Dancers who choose to perform will have the chance to showcase their work at the Blue Ash Amphitheater on Saturday, August 2nd, 1 PM. For those wishing to perform on August 2nd, additional rehearsals from July 29th to August 2nd will be required. Performance Ensemble
Students are encouraged to participate in Performance Ensemble opportunities. Students must be willing to commit to rehearsals outside the regularly scheduled class times.

Open auditions will be held for the 2024-2025 performance season on Saturday August 24th. Role acceptance must be in entirety (all roles accepted or no roles accepted)
2024-2025 Season of Performance Ensemble Plans and Auditions
We are excited to announce the performance season starting with Nutcracker (December19-22) La Bayadere and New Works (Feb 21-23) and Snow White (May 23-25), All performances are scheduled at the Anderson Center Theater. Casting for Nutcracker will be released in September, casting for La Bayadere and New Works will be released in October, casting for Snow White will be released in January.
Auditions Information:
Performance Ensemble auditions for all productions will be held at Le Jeune Dance Studios August 24th for ages 3-19. Please see specific age/level audition times.
All participants will be casted in a role if:
*Participants can commit to the mandatory rehearsal and performance schedule. General rehearsal schedule is: Tuesday-Pas de Deux, Levels 3-Trainee, and Solo/Principal, Fri Eve- All roles may be called, Saturday 1:30-6M -All roles may be called at various times.
- Submit contract and fees on time
- Families are required to donate 1 sweets and treats item, and volunteer for (2) positions during tech week or pay volunteer opt out fee.
- $50 non refundable Casting Fee due with participation form at time of audition. This Casting Fee will be deducted from your Nutcracker participation/role fee when the role is accepted.
- Please enter the building 10 minutes ahead of your audition time with your participation form and casting fee prepared.
