Progressing Ballet Technique

Progressing Ballet Technique

Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) is a revolutionary program designed to develop and enhance a dancer’s strength, alignment, and flexibility using specialized exercises. Using the innovative PBT method, students work with resistance bands, exercise balls, and other equipment to target the core and key muscle groups involved in ballet technique. The focus of PBT is to build strength in muscles, improve alignment, and increase flexibility, helping dancers refine their technical abilities and prevent injury.

The class involves a combination of exercises to improve the execution of movements such as pirouettes, jumps, and extensions. PBT helps to enhance muscle memory, allowing dancers to achieve better control and precision in their movements. Whether preparing for exams, performances, or personal development, PBT is designed to make ballet technique more efficient and effective.

Through consistent use of the PBT program, dancers will see improvements in posture, control, strength, and stamina, helping them perform movements with greater ease and artistry. This program complements the ballet curriculum and is an essential tool for dancers looking to push their training to the next level.
