Snow White - Fri May 23rd 7:30pm - 2025

Snow White is a classic fairy tale about a beautiful young princess whose stepmother, the jealous Queen, seeks to be the fairest in the land. When her magic mirror reveals that Snow White has surpassed her in beauty, the Queen orders her death. The Huntsman, sent to kill her, cannot bring himself to do so and urges her to flee. Snow White finds refuge with seven dwarfs in a cottage in the forest. Disguised, the Queen makes several attempts on Snow White’s life, finally succeeding with a poisoned apple. Snow White falls into a death-like sleep, preserved in a glass coffin by the grieving dwarfs. Eventually, a prince discovers her, and his kiss breaks the spell. Snow White awakens, and the tale concludes with justice served to the Queen and a joyful royal wedding. The story explores themes of jealousy, innocence, beauty, and the triumph of good over evil.
